I have my patterns made, and I have a bunch of cool fabrics but they’re all different. Do I cut them one at a time or can I cut them all at once?

I have a small clothing line that I’m struggling to get off the ground.

Not long ago a buddy of mine expressed interest in investing $25,000
for a piece of the company; he sees the potential of what I’m doing
here. I told him that 25 grand wasn’t enough for me to consider giving
up a piece of my company. I realize that I made the right decision in
turning that money down, but desperation is beginning to creep in.

I told him that I’d be willing to partner up for 100K. I’d simply like to get some feedback on this issue.

Specifically, I’d like to know the minimum investment amount at
which a design entrepreneur should begin considering offering a % of
his/her company?
